Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service in a remote call center environment, assisting customers with their retirement savings accounts, processing account changes, and communicating important plan updates. Key responsibilities Answer incoming inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party specialists Educate customers on their retirement savings accounts and process contributions, loans, and withdrawals Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance service delivery Required qualifications Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including occasional Saturdays, outside traditional business hours Associates degree or higher **AND** at least one year of customer service experience **OR** two or more years of customer service experience Fluency in both English and Spanish Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
