Our client is seeking an experienced Citrix & NetScaler Engineer to provide long-term technical support within a complex enterprise environment. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for maintaining the security, stability, performance, and availability of the organization's Citrix and NetScaler infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler ADC/Gateway, application delivery, security administration, and enterprise infrastructure support.

Must be comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in Lutz, FL

Responsibilities
Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments
Manage and maintain NetScaler ADC and Gateway infrastructure
Support Web Application Firewall (WAF) administration and security initiatives
Perform patching, upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application delivery, connectivity, and performance issues
Identify technical risks and recommend solutions to improve system reliability and resiliency
Collaborate with Network, Cybersecurity, Identity, Infrastructure, and Application teams
Establish and improve technical standards, operational procedures, and best practices
Provide senior-level technical guidance and hands-on engineering support
Ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance across supported environments
Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise Citrix engineering experience preferred
Extensive experience supporting highly available enterprise infrastructure environments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple technical teams
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
