Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician specializing in Construction &Remodeling, you will:
️ Renovation & Remodeling –Perform demolition and renovate vacant apartments, homes, and other spacesthroughout Cedar Community.
Carpentry & Construction – Complete framing, carpentry, drywall, painting, trim work, and other generalconstruction projects.
Installation & Repairs –Install and replace windows, doors, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, hardware,and other finishes.
General Repairs – Completebasic plumbing repairs and other maintenance needs related to renovationprojects.
Safety & Quality – Followsafety procedures while delivering quality craftsmanship and maintaining aclean, safe work environment.
Qualifications:
✔ Skilled TradesExperience – 2–4 years of experience in construction, remodeling,carpentry, or a related skilled trade preferred.
✔ Construction Knowledge – Working knowledge of carpentry,framing, drywall, painting, and general construction.
✔ Installation Skills – Experience installing windows,doors, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, trim, and hardware preferred.
✔ Basic Plumbing – Ability to complete basic plumbingrepairs.
✔ Tools & Equipment – Comfortable safely using commonconstruction tools and equipment.
