• Licensure/Certifications: Required NC Nurse Practitioner license, Neonatal Pediatric Certification preferred
• Experience: Prior neonatal or level III NICU experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and other skilled team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support family-centered care through compassionate communication.
• Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery as needed.
• Foster a safe, family-friendly, and high-quality care environment.
• Contribute to clinical excellence and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license
• Neonatal or Level III NICU experience preferred
• Certification in Neonatal/Pediatric critical care is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a family-centered, innovative NICU environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
