Server Assistant | Presented by SOS Culinary Staffing
Five-Star resort F&B · Teton Village, WY · $28–$33/hr wage + tips · Housing + travel included
If you already know how to run a steak, reset a four-top to mark, and keep a server whole during a slam — this is the property that turns that craft into a career stamp. We are recruiting Server Assistants who want Sequence of Service, not another shift at a high-volume casual that never teaches the next standard.
You will support S Star Fine Dining in the resort siganture staekhouse. Guests are high-end travelers. Standards are exact. The Director of F&B team trains to the treat every guest and coworker as you would want to be treated — and anticipate before they ask.
YOU ALREADY DO MOST OF THIS
Greet and water. Assist servers on every part of the sequence. Answer menu and specials questions when the server is in the weeds. Clear, clean, and reset tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silver. Communicate issues before they hit the table. Deliver food in sync with a short, accurate description. Use the POS. Stock and close. Push, pull, or lift 50 lbs. Work every shift the floor needs, including holidays.
MINIMUM PROFILE
1+ year of hospitality related high-volume position / barista / server / runner / server assistant in upscale casual, resort, or fine dining. Confident, outgoing, can-do. Excellent personal presentation. Fluent English. Legal U.S. work authorization. Able to relocate to Jackson Hole for the 2026–2027 seasons with a 1–2 year horizon preferred.
