Job Description

Job Description

About the Company

\n

ENGII is developing a scalable approach to building energy analysis by transforming traditionally manual, time-intensive engineering processes into intelligent, automated workflows.

\n

\n

The company’s AI-powered building audit automation platform supports data extraction and structuring, building energy modeling and calibration, energy conservation recommendations, project costing, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization. By combining engineering expertise with proprietary AI and machine-learning models, ENGII aims to help building owners, operators, engineering firms, and energy stakeholders evaluate properties faster, more accurately, and across larger portfolios.

\n

\n

ENGII is advancing from prototype development and pilot validation toward commercialization and broader market expansion.

\n

\n

About the Role

\n

ENGII is seeking accomplished engineering, commercial real estate, construction, energy, technology, and business leaders to join its Strategic Advisory Board.

\n

\n

This is a high-impact opportunity for experienced executives, engineers, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry operators who want to help scale a technology platform designed to improve how building energy performance and investment opportunities are evaluated.

\n

\n

Advisory Board Members will provide strategic guidance to ENGII’s leadership team as the company strengthens its commercial strategy, expands industry partnerships, validates new applications, and prepares for its next stage of growth.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Advise ENGII on commercialization, market expansion, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
  • \n
  • Help identify high-value applications and market opportunities for ENGII’s building energy intelligence platform.
  • \n
  • Advise the company on scaling its technology from individual building assessments to portfolio-level analysis.
  • \n
  • Provide feedback on pilot programs, strategic partnerships, fundraising materials, and growth initiatives.
  • \n
  • Participate in periodic Advisory Board discussions and provide targeted guidance between meetings as needed.
  • \n
\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Senior leadership experience in engineering, commercial real estate, construction, energy services, building technology, sustainability, software, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
  • \n
  • Understanding of building energy audits, engineering workflows, portfolio management, property due diligence, or enterprise technology adoption.
  • \n
  • Experience scaling a technology company, professional-services organization, engineering platform, or other business serving the built environment.
  • \n
  • Experience as an executive, entrepreneur, investor, board member, strategic advisor, or industry operator.
  • \n
  • Strong relationships across engineering firms, commercial real estate, energy services, utilities, technology companies, or investment communities.
  • \n
\n

\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

This is a part-time advisory role offering the opportunity to receive sweat equity, subject to company approval and the terms of a final advisory agreement.

\n

\n

Advisory Board Members may also have the opportunity to participate as angel investors in ENGII. Additional benefits include direct engagement with the company’s leadership team, exposure to an emerging application of AI in the built environment, and the opportunity to help guide the growth of a differentiated engineering technology platform.

\n

\n

Why Join ENGII

\n

Building energy analysis remains heavily dependent on manual engineering, fragmented building information, and workflows that are difficult to scale across real estate portfolios. ENGII is developing a platform designed to transform this process into faster, more consistent, and more actionable building energy intelligence.

\n

\n

As a Strategic Advisory Board Member, you will have the opportunity to influence the company’s growth strategy and contribute industry expertise and relationships.

\n

\n
