Barge Design Solutions is seeking a hard-working and dedicated college student to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern for Summer 2027. This paid, in-person internship is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week. The intern will gain experience across multiple aspects of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources while learning from Barge mentors and leaders. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with Talent Acquisition activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes Supporting the deployment of learning and development activities Supporting leadership development tools and management initiatives Supporting the HR Director with special projects Communicating across various levels and locations Supporting business professionals in daily business operations Collaborating with team members on new ideas and innovations Education and qualifications: Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree from an accredited university Major in Human Resources or a related field Current GPA of 3.0 or higher Must be at least 18 years of age Preference will be given to students who do not require sponsorship Experience using Microsoft Suite programs, LinkedIn, Cornerstone ATS, and ADP Additional details: Summer 2027 internship Paid internship Full-time, 40 hours per week In-person work opportunity Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is an employee-owned engineering and architecture firm with more than 650 employees serving clients nationwide from multiple U.S. locations.
