Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: 1 year of experience required License: Active license required by orientation Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: First-time travelers accepted Locals accepted Description: Specialty: Occupational Therapy Hours: 5x8's, 07:30 - 16:00 & 4x10's - 07:30 - 18:00 Experience required: 1 year of experience required Required certifications: BLS Skills include: Lymphedema management Assessment Patient and family education Discharge planning Evaluation and reassessment Adaptive equipment assessment for adults and pediatrics CVA rehabilitation Safety and injury prevention Hand and soft tissue injury rehabilitation Splinting and ultrasound therapy Experience with a variety of patient diagnoses including pediatrics and geriatrics Interdisciplinary support from various therapeutic and health services Experience with charting systems preferred Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics Daily census and number of visits per day will vary Flexibility for scheduling required during holidays Travel experience preferred
